This eight-day itinerary gets from city to city using the country’s excellent high-speed rail network, so you can see much of rural Spain whizzing past your window. The tour starts in Madrid, where you’ll visit the Royal Palace, Cibeles Fountain and Las Ventas Bullring, as well as the Santiago Bernabeu, before embarking on a tapas tour to some of the city’s most authentic local restaurants.
