We kick off on Abbot Kinney which has seen an explosion of street art in the last five years; on top of the art we dip into the history of Venice and Abbot Kinney himself. After an hour, it’s the back streets to the beach, uncovering some hidden gems and some classic murals rolling back the decades. The tour includes artists from Portugal, USA, Ireland, Italy, Germany, UK, France, Netherlands, South Africa, Argentina & more. We will see sculptures, stencils, murals from portraiture, typography and plenty of graffiti – we discuss each piece of work as we go, the artist and the style. In between it’s up to you to make the tour; past topics include issues the community faces, from internal fallouts, corporate commissions, gentrification of the area, finding wall space, you name it. Beyond Abbot Kinney, we pass Venice skate park, Muscle Beach, the Venice sign and the beach – where skateboarding was born – finishing up at the Graffiti Walls.

We take you from the LA of today to the LA of yesterday, including a FREE ride on LA’s historic Angels Flight Railway.

Taste the history of Hollywood during this 3-hour, small-group walking tour to some of the most famous bars, hangouts and speakeasies in Los Angeles. Get an insider’s perspective on the favorite haunts of silver screen legends like Marilyn Monroe, Charlie Chaplin and the city’s mobsters, as you sip classic mixers at a selection of vintage pubs, historic speakeasies and lounges. You’ll also have plenty of photo ops thanks to the striking art deco interiors and neon signage that decorates these unique watering holes. This small-group Hollywood bar crawl, limited to just 12 guests, also includes a local beer, a classic mixer, Chianti and a selection of street food.
