The Root Cafe sources their ingredients from small farms and producers in Arkansas as much as they possibly can. Meat, eggs, bread and much of the vegetables, fruits, nuts, and cheeses are from such farms and their coffee is just as fresh. They use Mountain Bird Coffee from Eureka Springs, which is also known as Stevie’s espresso for all of their drinks. The organic Peruvian roast from Rozark Hills is their regular house coffee and is a delightful way to start the morning. If you need to substitute two percent, whole, or skimmed milk for something with no lactose, the baristas are more than happy to make your favorite latte or cappuccino with soy or almond milk.
